Katy Perry performing at the Hammersmith Apollo (Getty)First performed in London at the Hammersmith Apollo Friday night, then at 1a.m. (yes, a.m.) she headed to BBC Radio One studios to take part in their charity event -- a 51-hour BBC show, which raised $ 2.4 million for the organization Comic Relief. She emerged a while later wearing the awesome red nose. What a trooper!
Katy tweeted about the appearance before heading to the studios, and added another way for people to contribute to the charity event. "Doing something VERY special 4 @rednoseday! BID on 1 of my ORIGINAL BLUE WIGS: http://bit.ly/em9JYY. YOUR contribution will make a #CHANGE!" she wrote.
